Youthful Offender System remains on modified operations, limited visiting will be permitted on Saturday August 10, 2024 and Sunday August 11, 2024. Only those offenders at Phoenix status or assigned to Lower East living unit will be eligible for visits at this time. All visits for Friday August 9, 2024 are canceled.

Scam Alert: We have been informed that offenders' families or loved ones are receiving scam phone calls from someone impersonating a Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) case manager. The caller requests money via Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App to cover the cost of an ankle monitor and other equipment for pending release, falsely claiming that the department will release their loved one once the amount is paid in full.
