If an offender is approved by a Community Corrections Center, the Community Referral Unit (CRU) will place the offender on the wait list.
Upon receipt of the approval from the CRU, the Case Manager will ensure the offender is ready to move. If the CRU receives the notification that the offender is ready to move, the CRU will issue the movement order. If the offender is not ready to move, a message will be sent to the CRU indicating the reason.
The CRU, in conjunction with Case Managers and Offender Services, will arrange to have the offender transferred to the appropriate Community Corrections Center. The CRU is responsible for notifying the appropriate Community Corrections Center of the offender's arrival date.
