Citizen Advocate Meetings


The Colorado Department of Corrections holds Citizen Advocate Meetings at regularly scheduled intervals as a forum for communication and information sharing between the Department of Corrections and its stakeholders.

Please join us for our next livestream update, which will be held on Friday, November 18th, 2022 from 11:30 am to noon.  An update on current operations will be provided. We would encourage you to send in any questions you may have by email to by 5pm Wednesday, November 16th so that we can answer as many of them as possible. Citizen Advocate Meetings are held twice yearly, in the spring and fall.

June 2022 SOTMP Citizen Advocate Meeting

A virtual meeting will be held via Google Meet for parole, clinical services, and community partners interested in SOTMP issues on June 15, 2022 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm.

May 2022 Citizen Advocate Meeting:

Colorado Department of Corrections is excited to share that in-person Citizen Advocate Meetings will resume in May 2022.  

The May 2022 Citizen Advocate Meeting will be held at Denver Women's Correctional Facility.
Meeting date and time: May 10, 2022 at 1 pm.
RSVP Deadline: May 3, 2022 at 5 pm.
