Originally named Roubideaux Conservation Training Camp; Construction commenced in 1963 and was occupied by 1964; 99 male inmates and 17 full time staff. DCC has experienced three expansions culminating in the current population of 480 male inmates. Located approximately nine miles west of Delta, Colorado, the facility encompasses an area of approximately 113.85 acres. DCC has a capacity of 477 inmates at the minimum custody levels.
