Visitation has been canceled at Ark Valley Correctional Facility for Friday, November 5th, 2021

The Department of Corrections has increased the capacity for in-person visitation. The rules regarding in-person visitation will vary depending on the facility.

You can find the criteria for facility visitation in July 2021 visiting guidelines.

CDOC will begin allowing in-person visitation at some facilities based on very specific criteria. 

A copy of that current criteria can be found in the In Person Visitation Considerations Criteria.

At this time ONLY the Buena Vista Correctional Complex has been authorized to begin limited in-person visitation 

This criteria is current as of 5/4/2021 but is subject to change. 

The GTL server went down at the Trinidad Correctional Facility. GTL will be out to replace the system on Tuesday, but the facility will be temporarily unable to conduct video visitations until this is completed. 

Due to COVID-19, in-person visitation is temporarily suspended. DOC provide additional information on when in-person visitation can resume, as soon as it is safe to do so.
