Due to a fiber optic line which provides phone and internet service to Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility (AVCF), Crowley County Correctional Facility (CCCF), and Bent County Correctional Facility (BCCF) being damaged, phone and internet service is currently out at all of these facilities. The service provider for the fiber optic line is aware of the issue and is working to repair the line, but at this time there is no estimated time frame for resolution and restoration of service.
