Thank you for contacting the Colorado Department of Corrections.  If you don't know where to start or have a question or concern you need assistance with, we encourage you to contact our Constituent Services Office.  They can answer your question, address your concern, or ensure it is referred to the appropriate area to do so.

Our Constituent Services Office is the best place to direct general inquiries or questions or concerns related to your incarcerated loved one.  If you need assistance and don't know where to go, please contact our Constituent Services team.  They will be happy to answer your question, address your concern, or ensure it is referred to the appropriate subject matter expert.

Contact information for Constituent Services may be found on the Constituent Services page.

The Constituent Services Office is open from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and is closed on state holidays.
