Attention inmate family and friends, CDOC anticipates that phone communications for the inmate population at the Rifle Correctional Facility will be extremely limited and may, at times, be completely down, due to installation difficulties related to our provider transition. We will make every effort to afford inmates access to phone calls at every opportunity we can and staff phone lines will be available should you need to reach loved ones in the event of an emergency.
