The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is hosting a series of Family Town Hall sessions to provide important updates and gather feedback regarding House Bill (HB) 25-1013. This legislation introduces changes to visitation policies at all CDOC facilities. We encourage families, loved ones, and stakeholders to participate in these sessions to learn more and share your questions and concerns. Please note, in-person attendance is limited to currently approved visitors. If you are not currently an approved visitor, you may participate in the virtual session.

House Bill 25-1013 brings changes aimed at improving visitation experiences while ensuring the safety and security of facilities, staff, and individuals in custody.
